Lou opened here in Cranston, Rhode Island in 2017, after graduating from Johnson & Wales University with degrees in Culinary Arts and Food Service Entrepreneurship.

His family’s roots trace back to Cerreto Sannita, a small hill town in the Campania region of Southern Italy known for its craftsmanship and close-knit community.

Inspired by his grandparents, and the Italian recipes passed down through cooking with his family, Lou is bringing authentic, made-from-scratch Italian food to the community where he grew up.
